>> we have people who don't want to come forward for whatever concern because we really need to get to the bottom of it. we just can't let them sit there and if it comes to that that'll probably be the next step that you are looking at. >> sean: here to explain a lot more, "just the news" founder, investigative reporter john solomon. wow. you talked to ratzenberger and what did you learn, and did he indicate the full scope of this investigation? >> well, what he said is exactly what you just heard which is we have opened an investigation in georgia to allegations received from the group true the vote, that's a group run by a very respected elections expert, there may have been as many as 242 people who participated in what we would call a harvesting campaign in georgia, in most states except for california, harvesting is illegal. you can go out and collect someone else's vote and put it into a ballot box. katherine's group but to get a compelling evidence, cell phone records, testimony from one of the participants that there was a widespread effort, 242 people, 5,600 trips, to drop boxes to deliver ballots during the november 2020 election and the january 5th runoff in georgia that settled control of the white house in the u.s. senate. that is a large-scale operation. if those allegations are not to be true, considers them credible, he's begun an investigation, may need to issue subpoenas in the next few days to escalate the investigation. >> sean: give us a time frame and more specifically mentioned evidence. what evidence? >> i started working on this in the summer when i heard that governor kemp didn't pursue it aggressively. there is video footage. when brad ratzenberger made the agreement to have these ballot boxes in, he required surveillance cameras to have them on 24/7. katherine's group went to the footage. you can see people taking stacks of ballots -- by the way, not 9:00 in the morning but 2:00 in the morning. sometimes dropping them on the ground that they have so many, stuffing them into the ballot boxes. that's the classic definition of harvesting. that video footage is very strong. they took a tactic the fbi uses. cell phone, geospatial data, they identified who the 242 people most likely are because they are the only cell phones at the box at that moment. very strong evidence. andy corroborating witness. >> sean: when will we get -- if you have video evidence, which is what you are saying, when will we get to see that? >> right now, it's a matter of investigation at some point, if secretary ratzenberger sees enough evidence to pursue criminal prosecution, those videotapes will be released along with other evidence that they gather. >> sean: has he seen that evidence? >> he's trying to secure -- my understanding is that he's seen the evidence, trying to secure through subpoenas, officially an official proceeding, and the investigation will start. the key thing here, sean?
