that is a subject that congress should be very interested in, so it doesn't happen again, but they are not. this committee having been appoint by nancy pelosi is a cover-up job. it is a cover-up job because she can assure all these loyalists will never turn their sights on her and try to figure out why she didn't call up more capitol police, she is in charge of the capitol police, and why she didn't ask the mayor, another fool. why did she reject president trump's offer, 10 to 20,000 national guardsmen, that is all the president can do, there are separations of power, nancy pelosi was in charge of protecting that building, she failed. yet we have a committee looking to a so-called insurrection that has no interest in nancy pelosi's testimony or e-mail or text-messages or correspondents of any kind. which is shameful. we know for a matter of fact that nypd and norfolk fbi office provided information to christopher wray on things they were hearing. what did he do? some memo reached his desk but he never got around to reading it. isn't that an important matter? it is. the dereliction of duty would be by speaker pelosi not the president of the united states, who offered guard -- guardsmen, the fact he offered guardsmen suggests what? he supported an insurrection. if you are president of united states and you want to order an insurrection. would you since the national guard in. would you? would you send a rag tag bunch of people into capitol building, most of whom were not armed. i do know think you would, what is an insurrection? it has a specific legal meeting. it has nothing to do with happened on january 6. armed insurrection, people are intending to takeover the building and take over the government of the united states. how many people have been charged by the politically corrupt department of justice for an insurrection? with this january 6 committee? is the investigation criminal or investigative? liz cheney, said they are looking for a criminal angle. that is not the job of congress, that is a violation of the constitution. that is the job of the executive branch. that said, if they are doing that, what happened to due process? >> well, a challenge for when we're uniquely unprepared. china was supposed to become our best friend, and turn into a liberal democracy, have free trade, and free economy. a lot of american presidents bet on this. it has not worked out, the opposite happened, china is a global challenge to us now. and every sphere. at home here, in our congress. and in or business community, we still have a lot of what i call the friends of china, as much as 40%, still considers china's friend, and worse part is the trillion dollars more than a trillion dollars that american investment still goes to china. it has been increasing in that was year, overall trade with china has been increasing. our exchange programs have been continuing. and one of the most shocking things to me has been our national science foundation, for almost 40 years had agreements to transfer american scientific discover to china quickly, so there is an office in beijing that does this, this is symbolic of the attitude that china is still our friend. that is very widespread. and you get a lot of people with the good conscious they mean well, they write articles, and saying american business should not invest in china any more, as if american business cares about morality, that i want to make money, they could make a lot of money, until our congress passes a tough law that says you can't do this any more or congress restricts even or federal pension money, is invested now in china. some of them are military companies that do drenging dredging in south china sea to create new military basis, until congress takes action this will continue get worse, the reason congress does not take action, kevin mccarthy, a couple years ago invited nancy pelosi to join him to form a bipartisan task force on china, she refused. he went ahead anyway with just the republicans, they came up with 400 recommendations about what to do, most have not been implemented. as long as we have the divide between nancy pelosi and kevin mccarthy in the house it is hopeless, the chinese know is, they are, what should we a, delighted to see something like the january 6 investigation, and 1619 project that stirs up internal american paralysis about china, the chinese know this good for them. they have a lot of analysts and senior officials with masters and phd's from american universities, they speak english, they know how to manipulate our system, we're not prepared, nobody in top level of biden administration speaks chinese, you hear them mispronouncing the chinese leaders name, it is ignore an americans -- ignore an americans against the highly sophisticate chinese. president trump tried to stop this, but the biden administration is giving it rhetorical commentary, that is about all. all. >> you know. michael pillsbury, you look at reaction of this badge to rush administration to russia and to middle east, begging iran to come to the table. yet iran is thumbing their nose at them. and chinese and first meeting with our secretary of state, and so fourth, they mocked him, and they mocked the united states it does not appear to me they have much respect for the commander in chief, or he has much respect for himself, the chinese military is getting very powerful, they don't need to spend as money as we do, they are basically a slave country. in our country, the defense budget is flat. and we're teaching our soldiers critical race theory and equity. these are provocations?
