>> not like that. my heart goes out to her, that was inappropriate. there are ways to add your voice to the political process. i do for runs in my district, take questions from my constituents so this takes it to a new level, completely inappropriate and it is what is wrong in politics right now. it sows division. when you look at attacking someone in a bathroom like that do you think they are going to listen to your tried to work on your issue? >> the story is troubling because of the silence and because of the lawyers actions, it is not surprising to you have division in a family where i am sure they want a resolution but from the very beginning of this it has been strange how insular the family has become and how lacking of information we received from them. you would think they care tremendously what happened to gabby. >> it is mind blowing. could the parents's silence help them in any way in the state of florida? >> most states have good samaritan laws in which they indicate we are not going to punish people for remaining silent but there's a big difference between staying silent and answering questions of law enforcement who are trying to investigate the whereabouts of a known person. the fact they may not have given enough information when they knew it or the fact that when they are asked directly if they know the whereabouts of brian, those are tricky questions. if they know the truth and refuse to give that to law enforcement. jillian: we only have a minute left and are short on time but the city is launching an investigation into this police department's handling of the dispute between petito and brian laundrie before her body was found. what do you think of the police department here? there was that witness who called in saying they saw him hit her. >> if this was my daughter, anybody's wife or sister you read this instance and hope these officers make a better decision than they did. it was a tough job. we all appreciate what law enforcement does but this, we had plenty of information that suggested including an objective witness who indicated brian was hitting her on the street. it should have been an immediate arrest right then and there. jillian: brian laundrie is the subject of a federal board for using someone else's bankcard. could he face any other charges? >> it can get a lot worse. certainly not getting better the shortage of containers in the right place at the right time. there is a shortage of truck drivers to take it from the port to wherever got to go. the bottom line is it's i objectflationary. because when you have a shortage of goods, demand is strong, the price goes up. you are already seeing inflation running at about 5% rate that could get worse as we approach christmas. by all means, order now. because there are supply chain problems and you might not get what you want come christmas. todd: can biden do anything to stop it first question and second question will he?
