The Daviess County Health Department inspected the following food establishments in October and November:
Graber Angus meats, 9258 E. 500 N.; noncritical violations — Food prep staff not wearing hair restraints; Observed meat sitting on table to thaw, not under refrigeration or running water.
Gasthof Catering Trailer, 6659 E. Gasthof Village Road: critical violations — Coney sauce and hot dogs measured below 135 degrees in crock pot used for hot holding; No hand washing facilities were operational. Noncritical violations — Staff not wearing face coverings in accordance with governor’s executive orders; Some staff not wearing hair restraints.
The following establishments had no violations:
