Graber Angus meats, 9258 E. 500 N.; noncritical violations â Food prep staff not wearing hair restraints; Observed meat sitting on table to thaw, not under refrigeration or running water.
Gasthof Catering Trailer, 6659 E. Gasthof Village Road: critical violations â Coney sauce and hot dogs measured below 135 degrees in crock pot used for hot holding; No hand washing facilities were operational. Noncritical violations â Staff not wearing face coverings in accordance with governorâs executive orders; Some staff not wearing hair restraints.
