Hopkinsville, KY, USA / WHOP 1230 AM | News Radio Mar 3, 2021 3:35 PM Evidence that had been pending in the murder case against Robert Torian, who is accused in the 2019 shooting death of Terrill Moore, has finally come in and the defense requested one more continuance before setting a trial date. Torian appeared virtually in front of Christian Circuit Judge Andrew Self Wednesday, along with defense attorney Jason Byrd, who informed the court that he has received the last of the evidence that had been sent off for testing—now he just needs to time to go over it with his client and decide his plan of action.
