EEVFAM, HRA condemn denial of prosecution sanction of police

Manipur government to denying prosecution sanction to a group of perpetrators of crime while giving prosecution sanction to another group involved in the same incident is downright arbitrary and discriminatory, EEVFAM and HRA stated.
