Eden man who denies cocaine supply allegation to stand trial Carlisle Crown Court An Eden man who denies an alleged cocaine supply crime is due to stand trial in front of a jury in early 2021. Niall Dixon, 24, of Frankland Park, Orton, pleaded not guilty to one charge when he appeared at Carlisle Crown Court for a short hearing this morning in front of a judge, Recorder Tom Gilbart. This charge alleges that Dixon was in possession of cocaine – a controlled drug of class A – with intent to supply it to another on October 21 last year. It arises out of a police stoppage in Appleby on the afternoon of that date.
