An Elizabethtown man arrested in late December for reportedly kicking a man in the head six times inside a residence at the Pine Tree Mobile Home Park in ElizaÂbethÂtown has been indicted on a felony assault charge by a Hardin County grand jury. Christopher Lee Henderson, 41, was indicted for second-degree assault, a Class C felony punishable by five to 10 years in prison, if convicted, in the fight reported Dec. 28. He also reportedly struck the man in the mouth and on the top of his head with a handgun in the attack. The man had ânumerous spots of swelling and bruising and obvious signs of being forcefully attacked,â according to an arrest citation.
