'We are not happy': Residents decry Apple Orchard project :

LOWELL — The residents of Christian Hill came out to voice their alarm at a proposed development of 17 single-family homes being built around the perimeter of what they said was wetlands protected land at the so-called Apple Orchard property in Lowell’s Centralville neighborhood.
