They were talking earlier about some of the Police Brutality issues happening across the country, but their main focus here is the importance of Immigration Reform and calling an end to deportation. LOWELL The residents of Christian Hill came out to voice their alarm at a proposed development of 17 single-family homes being built around the perimeter of what they said was wetlands protected land at the so-called Apple Orchard property in Lowell’s Centralville neighborhood.
