A visit to a familiar well in search of savings was met with a rebuke during Norfolk council’s final day of budget deliberations this week.
Citing a comparatively mild winter thus far, Delhi Coun. Mike Columbus wondered Tuesday if Norfolk’s budget for winter control could be pared back as a potential cost-saving.
