charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. in 2015 he had allegedly driven over a co-worker with his car three times on purpose, causing the co-worker severe physical injuries. his name is vincent caldera. he pled not guilty to those charges but it turned out those weren't the only charges against him. he was accused of a similar incident in 2014. in that case he was accused of driving into a woman with his motorcycle on purpose and seriously injuring her.
