Former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia has requested the Delhi court to allow him to withdraw money from his seized bank account to meet his wife's medical and other household expenses. The court has issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) who had previously seized the account.
