Mexitaly announced it will be temporarily closed due to coronavirus concerns.
The announcement was made on Wednesday, April 7, on the restaurant's Facebook page. Owner Greg Skirboll confirmed that one member of the staff has tested positive for COVID-19.
The restaurant will follow all necessary quarantine protocols for its staff and will temporarily close for at least 10 days.
This is the first such closure for the hybrid craft brewery, Mexican-Italian restaurant, located on East Market Street in Springettsbury To. Mexitaly is working on opening its second location in downtown York in part of a $3.6 million redevelopment project with Royal Square Development & Construction.
