Congress Kargahar MLA Santosh Mishra's nephew was shot dead in Bihar's Sasaram on Saturday by three bike-borne assailants. Sanjeev Mishra was coming out of his residence in Parsathua when the assailants opened fire. He died on way to hospital.
While police have launched an investigation, sources said an old rivalry is suspected to be the reason behind the incident. Sanjeev Mishra's body has been sent for Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
