The Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory High Court Husseini Baba-Yusuf is enmeshed in an ethnic bigotry scandal in violation of Nigeria's constitution on federal character by appointing his daughter as one of the newest judges in the system. According to the Peoples Gazette, Justice Baba-Yusuf is meshing contentiously with Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kayode Ariwoola and other members of the legal elite who have turned the judiciary into a premium job racket for family members.
