By: Caleb Califano The Oklahoma County Detention Center says they're seeing issues with water pressure and it most likely won't return to normal for the next couple of days. In the meantime, they're providing bottled water for inmates, and barrels and buckets of water on each floor so they can manually flush the toilets. They're just one of multiple buildings downtown and across the city experiencing these issues. At last check with the city, there have been 31 main breaks in the last three days due to the cold temperatures and hundreds of service calls for frozen pipes. One of the biggest problem areas is a water booster station out of service.
