The Makhanda high court on Tuesday struck off the roll an urgent application by ANC members who wanted the court to nullify the party’s Alfred Nzo conference. In court papers, seen by DispatchLIVE (http://www.dispatchlive.co.za), the dissatisfied members, believed to be aligned to premier and provincial task team (PTT) convener Oscar Mabuyane, alleged that there were irregularities in the build-up to the conference and the conference itself.
