BMW sold as being in 'excellent condition' had 'F... YOU' scratched on boot

The Warrens travelled to Auckland to collect the vehicle, but upon their arrival, they discovered the obscenity scratched into the paintwork.
Warren asked Roselea Holdings Ltd for a full refund as the car was not in the condition he was told it was in.
However, the company refused to pay the full amount, saying it was holding $2000 as compensation for lost profit, inconvenience and reselling the vehicle.
Warren went to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, which has ordered the company to refund the $2000.
The tribunal heard Warren saw the car advertised on Trade Me. Before purchasing it, he spoke with Brendan Mulligan from Roslea Holdings.
