in the facts and the special counsel is already amassed and set forth in this indictment. what on the question of intent? he made the point that it will be difficult to prove that the former president actually lied and did know that what he was doing was wrong. that is what i think this trial may ultimately turn on. as whether donald trump genuinely believes that this was a stolen election. the everything he did was simply to arrange the fright and basically reinstate what he believes to be the true results, or on the other hand, did he realise in his heart, and his mind that the selection in fact was not fraudulent and that he had lost. in that case, everything he did was designed to overturn the rightful outcome. so although i'm sure no one of thejurors may outcome. so although i'm
