“We are making incredible progress here in Bayonne,” Mayor James Davis said of the vaccine rollout. “We working our way to 50,000 doses of vaccines administered to our residents.”
Davis announced in his weekly COVID-19 video update that the Pfizer vaccine has now been authorized for those over age of 12. In response, the city has decided that Tuesdays and Thursdays will be days in which the Pfizer vaccine is distributed at the Korpi Ice Rink.
Davis urges residents to go to the Korpi Ice Rink any day of the week to get vaccinated. Residents can now walk in at the ice rink behind Bayonne High School at 669 Avenue A, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments are no longer needed.
