ALPENA — Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union team member Travis Van Horn was selected as this year’s Shining Star recipient.
The Shining Star Award is given to an employee, branch, or department that has been nominated by a fellow employee, or themselves, for going above and beyond with their job. Each quarter throughout the year, a winner is selected to receive this award giving them the opportunity to win the overall Shining Star Award announced at AAACU’s Annual Holiday Party. This year’s quarterly winners were Denise Chapman, AAACU’s Call Center Team, and Travis Van Horn.
