But while discussing "potential wrongdoing" in the city's Community Housing and Human Services department, they certainly made it sound like a big deal. The inquiry would dig into conflicts of interest, departmental procedures, financial accountability and whether "inappropriate pressure, real or perceived," had been placed on the city staff.
