This is in spite of the fact that the PWDs are among the most vulnerable and neglected set of people. The survey, which was conducted in Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano and Zamfara States, was aimed at determining the level of inclusion and participation of PWDs in social protection policies, programmes and processes.
