NEGAUNEE — Four people were evacuated from a house after an early morning structure fire in Negaunee on Sunday.
At approximately 3:30 a.m., firefighters from the Negaunee City Fire Department responded to reports of unknown smoke in a home at 919 Oak St.
The home was divided into three apartment spaces, and there were four people inside of the structure at the time of the fire.
Crews knocked down the blaze in 45 minutes, and remained on scene to monitor for any hot spots.
