(KEYC) Authorities report they are investigating a crash that injured a Walnut Grove woman Wednesday. The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office and Walnut Grove Police Department report that Helen Tate, of Walnut Grove, was injured in a crash involving Benjamin Johnson, also of Walnut Grove, shortly after 10:40 a.m. Johnson was reportedly traveling southbound on Crown Avenue in a Ford Fusion when his vehicle was struck by Tate, who was driving westbound on 160th Street in a Chevy Impala.
