HARTFORD There were no reported injuries from a fire at a vacant home Monday night in the city’s South End neighborhood, according to fire officials.
Fire crews were dispatched to a Franklin Avenue address for a reported house fire around 6:30 p.m.
Arriving units found a vacant building with flames showing near the roof. Officials said firefighters had the blaze knocked down shortly after 7 p.m.
