Anthony Hart told Teesside Crown Court how he reacted angrily when he awoke in Frank Betteridge’s home believing the 62-year-old had been touching his genitals. He said he grabbed a knife which they had been using to cut up cannabis and plunged it into his neck, severing the main artery.
