Picture: CLEVELAND POLICE A DISPERSAL order will be in place from 4pm today, (Tuesday), in Middlesbrough town centre following reports of groups of youths causing antisocial behaviour. The order will run for 48 hours, following reports of youths damaging property and causing issues in the shopping areas of Middlesbrough town centre. A dispersal order means that officers have the powers to disperse large groups, and if they return to the area within 48 hours they can be arrested for being in breach of the order. The area covered by the order is bound by Hartington Road, the A66 and Borough Road.
