KARACHI: One terrorist was killed and another detained during an exchange of fire that took place when security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation on a terrorist hideout in the Silak Kaur area of Awaran district on Wednesday.
Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement that a cache of arms, ammunition and communication equipment was recovered from the hideout.
It further said that during the intense exchange of fire with terrorists Havaldar Shoaib embraced Shahadat.

A soldier of the Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom on Thursday as Indian forces resorted to unprovoked fire in Satwal sector along the Line of Control, says a statement issued by the ISPR.
