Old Redding Car Park (Photo: Google Maps) A car park popular with walkers that was shut due to reports of anti-social behaviour has temporarily reopened over the Christmas period. Harrow Council announced Harrow Viewpoint Car Park, in Old Redding, can be used until January 3 after additional safety measures were put in place. The car park was closed in September following reports of anti-social behaviour at the site, including cars driving over grassed areas. Cllr Varsha Parmar, who is responsible for the environment at Harrow Council, explained new materials have been installed to prevent this. She said: “I am delighted we are able to reopen the car park for a limited time over the Christmas period.
