Harlem Shake, an iconic casual spot for burgers, shakes
, and more in the heart of Harlem, is expanding through a franchise deal for a second location to open in Brooklyn.
Katz & Associates’ David Yablon represented Harlem Shake through RESOLUT RE’s Sherry Naquin Sanchez and Spencer Bowman in the transaction.
The new 1,200 s/f restaurant (with another 1,200 s/f in basement) will be located at 119 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, and will feature the same modern, dinerlike setting with retro Harlem photos.

CITY firms say their are delighted after an incredible number of people flocked to Southampton for the first weekend since pubs and non-essential shops reopened.
