, and more in the heart of Harlem, is expanding through a franchise deal for a second location to open in Brooklyn.
Katz & Associates’ David Yablon represented Harlem Shake through RESOLUT RE’s Sherry Naquin Sanchez and Spencer Bowman in the transaction.
The new 1,200 s/f restaurant (with another 1,200 s/f in basement) will be located at 119 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, and will feature the same modern, dinerlike setting with retro Harlem photos.

Lion Real Estate Group, an investment firm focused on multifamily and creative office properties, has relocated its Los Angeles-based headquarters to Dallas.
