Penn Highlands inks agreement with Juniata

Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and Juniata College have entered into an agreement that gives Penn Highlands students studying business administration, liberal arts and sciences or psychology the option to continue their education and earn a bachelor’s degree from the Huntingdon County college.
