Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and Juniata College have entered into an agreement that gives Penn Highlands students studying business administration, liberal arts and sciences or psychology the option to continue their education and earn a bachelorâs degree from the Huntingdon County college.

Under this agreement, Penn Highlands graduates who earn an associateâs degree in business administration, liberal arts and sciences or psychology can then transfer to Juniata College to complete their studies toward a bachelorâs degree in business, communication, environmental science or psychology.
