Amish buggy went through stop sign before crash that killed 3 children: state police

A horse and buggy failed to stop at a stop sign and crossed into the path of a trash truck in a Lancaster County crash that killed three children and injured four other youths, authorities said.
Pennsylvania State Police said the horse and buggy was traveling west on Black Road Monday and approaching the Little Britain Road North intersection when the crash occurred.
The horse and buggy failed to stop at a stop sign around 7:50 a.m. and crossed into the path of a tri-axle trash truck headed south on Little Britain Road North, according to state police.
