Skiers can now shred the Selkirks with 2,900 acres of big-mountain terrain.
Just as spring skiing gives way to summer sports, Ikon Pass today added a little bit of stoke to carry skiers through to next winter. For 2021-2022, passholders will have access to Schweitzer Mountain, the largest ski area in Idaho and neighboring Washington.
Ikon Pass holders will have access to 7 days at Schweitzer with no blackout dates. And Ikon Base Pass holders will have access to 5 days each, with select blackout dates. Schweitzer will also be available on the Ikon Session Pass.

SANDPOINT, Idaho Family members have identified the skier who died after an accident at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
Kelsy McHenry said in a Facebook post that her husband, Heath, died doing what he loved.skiing on a beautiful bluebird day at our favorite mountain. 22 years ago, I was told he had one hour left to live because of a stroke caused by a ski accident, Kelsy said. I prayed and begged to God outside that hospital room so hard to please let him stay with me longer because we didn’t have any children (had only been married 5 months) and I would have no part of Heath left with me if he died that day.
