MURRIETA, CA A 23-year-old man was killed after his motorcycle collided with a vehicle in Murrieta, police said Saturday.
Around 8 p.m. Friday night the Ducati motorcycle was reportedly heading north when the rider collided with a Toyota Corolla making a left turn in the intersection of Whitewood Road and Meadowlark Lane, according to the Murrieta Police Department and other reports from the scene.

Heirloom WWII knife sold by accident in Pinckney, family wants it back
The World War II knife was accidentally sold for $20 at a moving sale on Whitewood Road in Pickney. It happened on March 4th which would have been his grandpa s 100th birthday.

Monday, Feb. 22
12:13 p.m.: Police received a report of a large tree limb hanging off a wire near 587 Gay St. Eversource was notified.
3:58 p.m.: A Westwood resident came to the station to report fraud on their debit card account. While going through their bank statement, the resident noticed $106 in fraudulent charges made to their account on Feb. 13. The resident has closed the account.
4:15 p.m.: Police performed a background check on an individual for security clearance at a federal agency.
