Global lifestyle brand BIRKENSTOCK has reached an agreement to sell a majority stake in BIRKENSTOCK Group to L Catterton, the largest global consumer-focused private equity firm, and its affiliates including Financière Agache, the family investment company of Bernard Arnault.
