HCA Realty Inc. paid $3.5 million for the two properties in December 2005, according to Metro records. It is unclear how HCA was using the building at the time of the sale, although the company s CereCore IT and staffing subsidiary lists the site as one of its addresses.
FirstBank provided OakPoint a loan of $8.19 million, the document notes. The
Post was unable to determine if HCA used a broker in the transaction.
The property has a history of note, with First American National Bank, Prudential Insurance and local developer Alex Palmer each having once owned it. Led locally by co-partners Justin Albright and James Granberry, OakPoint also operates an office in Austin.

American Pickers co-creator Mike Wolfe has been offered for sale for $3.9 million.

345 Main St. and built in 1900, the traditional masonry structure is home to retail business White’s Mercantile, owned by Americana and country musician Holly Williams. It offers 4,430 square feet and was updated after Wolfe purchased it in 2014 for $1.2 million, according to Williamson County property records.
In addition to White’s Mercantile, 345 Main accommodates the offices of organic food company Red s All Natural on the second floor. according to marketing materials. Wolfe has enlisted Byran Fort and Frank Thomasson, both first vice presidents with the local office of CBRE, to handle the marketing and sale of the building.
CBRE has added Megan Miller Salvador to its Nashville office as an associate.
Salvador (pictured) will work alongside Frank Thomasson and Byran Fort, specializing in office leasing and investment sales.
Previously, Salvador served as head of business operations for 615 Ventures, which offers a commercial real estate portfolio that includes the bulk of Tennessee. She helped form the company while assisting in project, team, and construction management, as well as business development and overseeing acquisitions.
In addition, Salvador served as operations manager for consulting firm Calvert Street Group. Before becoming a two-time finalist on American Idol, she studied pre-medical studies at Louisiana State University.
