The North Carolina Army National guard helped capture a teen they say tried to attack and sexually assaulting a young girl in kings mountain. Police say a juvenile was walking sunday afternoon when she was attacked from behind by moore. She yelled for help and physically fought off the attacker before he walked away. Officials are getting rid of swing sets because they are just too dangerous.
