My niece, who lives in Frederick, Md., sent me a Christmas card which was postmarked Dec. 23 in Baltimore and wasn’t delivered to me until two weeks after Christmas. She told me she received my Christmas card three weeks after Christmas! Just recently, I sent a letter to a friend in the township, who lives only a quarter of a mile away, that didn’t arrive until nine days later! The envelope was postmarked in Philadelphia! Another letter that I had mailed on Feb. 3 to Bear Creek wasn’t received until Friday, Feb. 12, also. One of my sons informed me that he mailed out his check to pay off his credit card balance 10 days before the due date. He received notification that his check was received after the due date and he was

No American firearm is as closely associated with the war in Vietnam as the M16, and it was used throughout the conflict by not only the U.S. Army and USMC, but by the Army of the Republic of South Vietnam (ARVN) and even by units of the Australian Army and New Zealand Army. Likewise, the People’s Army of Vietnam (PAVN) and the Viet Cong (VC) have also associated universally with the AK47.
