Bruntwood Works’ 62,000 sq ft block at the Knutsford complex, to serve as the global headquarters for cybersecurity firm PortSwigger, has reached practical completion.
The office building, named Booths Park 6 and designed by Calderpeel Architects, is the first of three schemes to complete at the Cheshire office complex.
Booths Park has been developed around Booths Hall, a manor house built in 1745, and features high-specification workspace surrounded by landscaped gardens, jogging and cycling routes, a football pitch, cricket club and two fishing lakes. Space on offer includes flexible workspace ranging from just two desks to all-inclusive serviced office suites and virtual offices for smaller businesses.
