ABU DHABI, 16th February, 2021 (WAM) The Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan, Almazbek Beishenaliev, commended the UAE s support for his country in humanitarian, developmental, and other related domains.
This came as the minister met with Dr Ibrahim Hassan Al Zaabi, Director of the Projects & Programmes Department at the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, in the presence of the Abdilatif Jumabayev, the Kyrgyz Ambassador to UAE.
The minister hailed the significant humanitarian role played by the UAE on the global scene through its humanitarian arms, primarily the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation. He added that he looks forward to accelerating cooperation on establishing new projects in areas of education and culture to drive the development process in his country.

(MENAFN - Emirates News Agency (WAM)) ABU DHABI, 17th February, 2021 (WAM) Mubadala Petroleum today announced the appointment of Mansoor Mohamed Al Hamed as Chief Executive Officer of the international oil and gas exploration and production company, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala).
Al Hamed succeeds Dr. Bakheet Al Katheeri, who was recently appointed to an executive leadership position in the newly formed UAE Investments platform of Mubadala. In this new role Dr. Al Katheeri will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development of a diverse portfolio of industrial UAE-based assets, including Mubadala Petroleum.
Al Hamed previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer, responsible for all new business development and Mergers & Acquisitions activities. He brings with him over 15 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry and across various disciplines of business leadership.
