Every ten years the 30-year climate averages we often refer to for temperatures and rainfall are updated.
This is one of those years and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration or NOAA.

Orlando s average yearly rainfall jumped nearly three quarters of an inch
Biggest jump in temperatures were during the winter months
Dry season has become drier while rainy season is now wetter
These replace the previous 30-year averages from 1981 to 2010.
The weather experts here at Spectrum News 13 went through some of the numbers and found some of the biggest changes include the average annual rainfall.

Severe weather hasn’t been very active in the U.S. in late 2020 and early 2021. That good luck could be coming to an end in mid-March as a severe weather event is forecast for Wednesday and Wednesday Night in the so-called “Dixie Alley” tornado zone.
