Development Charges (DCs) are rolled into the cost of residential and non-residential units. Town of Saugeen Shores consultant, John Murphy from DFA Infrastructure International Inc., set the stage for the DC review in a May 25 presentation, via Zoom, to the committee of the whole by providing some numbers, the “denominators” council could use to calculate new DC rates.
