Interim Director of Community Development appointed at WCC An interim Director Community Development has been appointed at Warrnambool City Council following the resignation of Vikki King. Ms King had served as Director Community Development since 2015 and more recently spent 11 months as acting Chief Executive Officer. Interim CEO Gary Gaffney accepted Ms King’s resignation, effective immediately.
