Our local arts community are planning exciting art exhibitions in the future, with the support of Council’s Business Support Grants for the creative and cultural sector.
A total of $38,588 was awarded to four recipients of the Placemaking and Liveable Communities Grant during round one of the Business Support Grants, they are Muddy Girl Studio, Ferntree Gully Village Traders, Ferntree Gully Arts Society, Fab Nobs Theatre Inc.
Muddy Girl Studio, a pottery studio and school located in The Basin, will be creating a one of a kind public art for The Basin Triangle Park, and residents will be invited to participate in the creative process.
