$4 7M project brings 32 new beds to aged care facility

Page MP Kevin Hogan has officially opened the $12 million extension of Kyogle’s Whiddon Group Aged Care Facility extension. A new wing has opened at Whiddon Aged Care Facility in Kyogle. “With this extension, over 60 of our locals will be able to stay in the area, closer to their home and their families,” Mr Hogan said. “This upgrade has included the construction of a new wing with an extra 32 new aged care places – this exceeds the 23 places originally planned when we announced funding.”
